Job Description:
Our client, a well-established company in the Food Manufacturing industry, is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join their team in Midrand. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising production processes, ensuring product quality, safety compliance, and efficient output in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate daily production activities

• Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and quality standards

• Manage production staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management

• Monitor workflow to ensure production targets are achieved

• Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with HACCP and health regulations

• Troubleshoot operational issues and recommend improvements

• Maintain accurate production reports and documentation

Minimum Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Production Supervisor in the Food Manufacturing industry

• Strong knowledge of HACCP, food safety standards, and quality control procedures

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume environment

• Relevant qualification in Food Technology, Production, or a related field is an advantage
