Job Description
Centurion Careers is seeking a driven and motivated Property Broker to join our real estate team in Centurion. The successful candidate will be responsible for property sales, client management, and growing the company’s property portfolio. This role is ideal for a self-starter with strong negotiation skills and a passion for real estate.
Responsibilities

Source, list, and market properties.

Conduct viewings and negotiate offers.

Build and maintain relationships with clients, landlords, and buyers.

Assist with property valuations and documentation.

Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity.
Requirements

Matric or higher qualification (Real Estate qualification advantageous).

Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport.

Previous sales experience (property sales preferred).

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
