About the Role

A well-established company in the food manufacturing industry based in Midrand is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Debtors Clerk to join their finance team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing customer accounts, processing invoices, and ensuring accurate and timely collections.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer invoices, credit notes, and monthly statements.

  • Reconcile debtor accounts and follow up on overdue payments.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.

  • Handle customer queries in a professional and efficient manner.

  • Assist with month-end reports and reconciliations.

  • Liaise with internal departments regarding outstanding accounts and billing issues.

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric (Finance or Accounting qualification will be an advantage).

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Debtors Clerk or similar financial role.

  • Experience in the manufacturing or food industry preferred.

  • Computer literate (Excel and accounting software proficiency required).

  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00
