Job Description

 

We are seeking a customer-focused IT Technician to join our team in Rooihuiskraal, Centurion. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Microsoft technologies and a passion for solving technical challenges.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Provide technical support and assistance to clients across hardware, software, and network issues.

 

Install and configure computers, peripherals, and software applications.

 

Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems efficiently.

 

Assist with network setup and maintenance.

 

Ensure systems are updated and secure with the latest software and antivirus protection.

 

Drive out to clients daily to assist and install systems.

 

Requirements

 

Proficiency in Microsoft desktop operating systems and Office applications.

 

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Server 2016 or newer.

 

Familiarity with networking concepts and antivirus software.

 

Certifications such as A+, N+, MCP are advantageous.

 

Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.

 

Must have own reliable transport and a valid driver’s license.

 

Knowledge of Microsoft 365, including emails and migration to Microsoft 365.
